4 bedrooms on 2 levels as well as a living room with an extremely spacious terrace and a first-class infinity pool. Both day and night you have a fantastic view of the party metropolis Patong (you don’t have to go there). Exquisite restaurants are within easy reach, as is the famous street food market in Kalim.

How to get there:

The Villa

The Cube Villa is a luxurious and modern pool villa with over 800 m2 of living space. The villa has two floors. On the same level as the entrance, there are 3 bedrooms with a shared balcony. All 3 bedrooms have a fantastic view of Patong. Especially at night a dreamlike sight. A fourth bedroom is on the same level as the living room.

From the entrance there is a wide staircase down to the level with living room, dining room and pool. Both levels are also connected by a lift.

On the very large terrace you can have a great breakfast or dinner. The terrace offers a fantastic view over Patong City and an incredible sea view.

The 90 sqm infinity saltwater pool is great for swimming. Due to different water depths, it is also suitable for non-swimmers.

In short, you can enjoy wonderful days and evenings here in undisturbed tranquillity but with an uplifting view, whether during the day or at night.

The rooms in the luxury villa:

As already mentioned, the villa has 2 floors. The entrance is on the first floor. On this floor there are 3 spacious double rooms. Each room can accommodate 2 people.

Here, the Master Bedroom clearly stands out. It is actually its own flat. A huge bathroom (yes and I mean huge!). In the bathroom, two things are particularly noteworthy: the large shower, which is almost free-standing in the room, and its own steam bath. From the Master Bedroom you can also access a small balcony in the shade.

The other two bedrooms are also spacious and have their own bathrooms.

From the first floor, a large staircase leads down to the living room/pool level. Here, set back a little, is another bedroom with a spacious bathroom and an outdoor shower.

Living room, bar, kitchen & POOOOOL:

As soon as you come down the open staircase, you have a view of Patong Bay through the living room, across the pool.

The living room is huge and divided into 3 areas. As you enter the living room, to the right is a very comfortable seating area with two stylish couches. In the middle is a large dining table. Here you can eat comfortably – should the weather not be brilliant. Behind the dining table is a bar. To the left behind the bar is the kitchen. It is fully equipped and you will find everything you need if you want to cook.

Terrace and pool:

From the living room you have an incredible view through large panoramic windows. The windows can also be slid open so that the living room and terrace become one. On the terrace there is another large covered dining table. Why eat inside when the weather is beautiful or even fantastic most of the year?

Above the table hang two large fans, which always provide the perfect cooling.

AND then the POOL!

An infinity pool, 90 sqm in size, easy access via stairs. The depth is variable from the left – where you can stand – to the right – about 180 deep. So a bit of everything. And when you are hanging at the very front of the pool, the view couldn’t be more beautiful. Especially at night, there is a fabulous view over the illuminated Patong with its party mile. So close and yet so far away!

The food:

For breakfast fans, there is a complete kitchen with dishwasher. And there is nothing better than having breakfast on the large outdoor terrace with an incredible view over the Andaman Sea.

From late afternoon, you can get delicious street food at the street food market on Kalim Beach. Here you can meet everyone, whether tourists, Thai people or staff from big hotels or top restaurants. Distance from the villa: 1.5 km or 4 minutes.

My recommendation, just try it and enjoy. It is worth it!

For the more discerning palate, there is the Italian restaurant „Acqua“, the upscale Thai restaurant Baan Rim Pa (incredible sunsets), the French gourmet restaurant „L’Arôme by the Sea“ or the „Sea Salt Lounge & Grill“. All these restaurants are only 5 minutes away from THE VILLA by car/motorbike

Beach clubs

There are quite a few beach clubs on Phuket – I can recommend Café del Mar and Catch Beach Club.

Viewpoints:

And if you just want to enjoy a nice view, you can visit one of the three viewpoints – Karon, Promthep Cape or Windmill Viewpoint. The last two are perfect for enjoying a beautiful sunset.

Conclusion:

There are actually two highlights which I would like to highlight. The pool and the incredible views by day and night. The infinity pool is simply a dream. Especially the different depths of the pool are delightful. The great terrace and the large table for up to 8 people round off the whole thing perfectly.

It doesn’t matter if you are there alone like me or if you are enjoying your holiday with friends. The view from this terrace is simply phenomenal. Especially if you are there with friends, you can either cook your own food or use the barbecue for a small barbecue. On the other hand – we are in Thailand after all – you can get incredibly good food either directly down at the street food quay or have it delivered by one of the excellent restaurants in the area.
